As many of you know, I’ve been needing to make a few changes with the clinic while I focus on my own health and wellbeing. I’m therefore very happy to introduce Janie and to have her bring something beautiful and unique to the clinic during this time. ❤️

Janie is a Certified Face Up™ Practitioner, offering a beautiful treatment called Face Up™ an advanced hands-on deep tissue facial massage that takes a holistic approach to caring for your face, mind and spirit.

Face Up™ works beneath the skin’s surface, combining natural face sculpting with myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, circulatory support and nurturing of the nervous system.

The treatment is designed to:

✨ Encourage lymphatic drainage and reduce puffiness

Super stoked. 😍 Whilst being knocked down with Covid, round 2, earlier this week, I completed my K9 massage course. How amazing is it, to be able to help dogs with their ailments as well. 🥳

Being debilitated with a brachial plexus and ulnar nerve injury for the last 4 weeks, is not an easy road and I'm one of the last people who would complain about pain, but this is next level, so when you get something like this from a beautiful friend and client, it surely makes your road to recovery so much easier. I so miss all my clients and treatments and wish this is all something of the past now.

And of course sourdough bread, ginger slices, herbs and heartfelt messages from others. Everything is so extremely appreciated. ❤️
