Love Your Pulp

We LOVE health and well being, and assisting others in improving the quality of their life ! Making your own nut milk can be a hugely satisfying process too, not to mention delicious. It's seriously one of the best kept food secrets ! ..But what can you do with your nut pulp after you've made your milk ???? I got overwhelmed with storing my unused nut pulp in the fridge and freezer, having no idea what to do with it (most recipes tasted bland) so in the end I got focused, experimented for weeks in my kitchen in Ibiza and now in New Zealand and created some delicious recipes ! Then I felt compelled share....hence the recipe book 'Love Your Pulp! At the very least, my mission is to inspire you to try it out something new ~ and alleviate the guilt from throwing away your precious nut pulp :)
