I’m actually the worst. Not many people will know this about me but I used to be a terrible nail picker, not a biter, but a picker! And I still have relapses every now and then and don’t take my own advice 🙈 then deep regret sets in as I realise I’ve damaged my nails 😭
At least I’m in the right place to fix them though right!?
