Joseph practices a form of Swedish massage and neuromuscular therapy, with a range of techniques to assist in recovery from exercise, pain relief, release of muscular tension, stress relief and winding down to sleep. He holds a Certificate in Relaxation Massage and is currently completing a Diploma in Therapeutic and Sports Massage at NZCM.
