I've been a makeup artist for the past 7 years mostly working on photo shoots for talent, music videos, short films and some feature NZ films Weddings and school balls. I specialize in Fashion makeup so very Sultry or natural warm colours, then there are fun looks like the dress up party types of makeup. In 2014 I studied Special effect Makeup something I wanted to do for a very long time and so my dream came true. But watching a film is still nerve ending. I've been a Hairdresser since November 2003, 14 years experience now ideally in colour and a lot of the time I've practiced on my own hair doing highlights and all sorts of crazy colours and cuts on myself... I trained at what was then called "Winters School of Hairdressing" but had to start again with my hairdressing studies at the Cut Above Academy in 2012 (Auckland). Finished my second year of training at Waikato School of Hairdressing (Varda) 2013 (Hamilton). Aiming to strive for my National Certificate as well as all other certs.
