A little peek into what we’ve been listening to lately.
We’ve put together a little collection of songs that we love having on in the treatment rooms. Calming, soulful, a little dreamy, and easy to get lost in. Because the right music can completely change the atmosphere of a room.
Save this playlist for your next at-home relaxation session.. or come listen to it with us during your next massage 🤍

If you’ve ever felt nervous before a massage . . .
You’re not alone
Especially if it’s your first time,
You might worry about doing something “wrong”
Asking for more pressure.
Falling asleep.
Or simply not knowing what to expect.
But you don’t have to worry about doing anything “right”
A massage isn’t a performance.
Just come as you are.
Our job is simply to help you feel comfortable, cared for, and safe enough to relax.

꩜ A moment to slow down ꩜
To breathe deeply, let go, and simply be.
Because sometimes, the best kind of care is giving your body permission to rest.
How is your relationship with yourself?
A question that sounds simple and easy yet is overlooked by so many. This year we are reflecting on how well we have treated ourselves, how much time and effort has gone into our spiritual and physical healing.
Have our choices been the right choices and how can we make it better coming into the new year.
As we followed a dearest friend on her journey of motherhood, we learned that the biggest thing you can do for your family is to love yourself. Your body is a temple, and where you water is where the grass will grow . Life will flourish in every direction 🌺
