Is this seriously the way forward, loading teenagers up on more invasive drugs and hormones?
How narrow minded are the people that suggest these things, after the one of the worst years on record for new HIV & AIDS infections, not to mention the thousands of newly reported other STI infections, why on earth would the suggestion of an opt out birth control plan even come to light?
By pushing only birth control mechanisms such as the implant, injection or any other medicated option teens generally wave the need for a condom there by increasing risk of serious infections that could leave them sterile (if the medicated option doesn't do that first).
There is a better way!
With FC2 Female condoms teens can be prepared before they head out and can remain protected / ready for an entire night.
It's about time universities did real research on how to get everyone using condoms everytime.
