My preparations for the onslaught about to take place here this silly season are underway and the fuel has arrived 😅💪🏾 Whilst I mahi dawg it at the gym so my tinana is on form, all that is required of you is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT 😂 Not lying I now have three dates this side of 2026 that have cut and colour appointments left for the taking. Tomorrow, 26/11 or 3/12. Cancellation list is in effect as of now, Don’t call me crying if you didn’t try 😂🫣
And just like that another year has rolled over making today the 14th anniversary of me taking up space here at 48 Richardson road 🥰 I find it so interesting how things seem to happen all at the same time, some call it coincidence, others divine timing or signs of a spiritual nature. This year my anniversary week was spent celebrating…
- A very special, beautiful friend that the Spot gave me, married the love of her life surrounded by the people who matter most. A number of whom are also whānau of the Spot. I couldn’t help but notice the whakapapa story unfolding ✨ This is one of my founding dreams for the Spot. ✨
- My big boy is completing his first big milestone exams, he was just 3 years old when we opened the doors to the Spot. The way this business has supported me as a māmā to get him from there to where we stand today humbles me like you wouldn’t believe. There are no words meaningful enough to give thanks for what you have given us. 🥹✨
- In addition to all of that I complete my year long studies in Te Reo Māori. To conclude the learning I gave an 8 min kōrero in Māori. It was EPIC 💃🏽✨
Whatever the reason for the culmination of amazing, phenomenal awesomeness this week I am here for it. Today I’m taking the day, with my baby boys to sit in the sun and breathe in the good juju ❤️
Biggest heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who bring yourselves to this space that the kids and I call home. Ahakoa he iti, he pounamu. E iti noa ana nā te arohā. Although it is small, it is a treasure. Though it is small, it is given in love ❤️🤍🖤

I know you loathe being reminded that Christmas is on its way… but it is 😂
