Wedding season keeps me extremely busy 💗 and I love it !
I have been asked why it is important to have a makeup trial before your wedding day and here is WHY:

• You get to see your full bridal look in advance — no surprises on your big day
• We find the perfect balance so your makeup looks flawless both in photos and in real life
• You can test how the makeup wears throughout the day and how comfortable it feels
• We adjust tones, intensity, and style to match your dress, hair, and wedding theme
• It gives you peace of mind knowing exactly how you’ll look walking down the aisle
• We have time to tweak anything you’re unsure about — no pressure, no rush
• Helps avoid skin reactions by testing products beforehand
• Builds trust with your artist so you can fully relax on your wedding morning

Your wedding day is not the time for experiments — it’s the time to feel confident, calm, and absolutely beautiful 🤍

If you’re planning your big day soon, book your bridal trial in advance to secure your day:) we would recommend to do it 2-3 weeks prior THE DAY.

Chanel Britomart Boutique. A beautiful place I used to work. It brings. Nice memories, great people. Luxurious space full of wonderful scents.
Another treat for myself was Chanel perfume Paris- Venise to remember good times.

A composition of shadow and light, in which the essence of neroli illuminates the warm tones of an ambery accord with notes of vanilla and tonka.

Today — an honest breakdown of beauty gadgets: what actually works and what only drains your wallet.

It feels like everyone now has some kind of “youth-boosting” device: rollers, masks, muscle stimulators, ultrasound tools.
But here’s the real question — why do lines still appear, the facial contour “melts,” and the face looks tired despite all of that?

Because the problem isn’t in the skin.

The true source of age-related changes lies in muscle tension, fascia restrictions, and imbalance in the body.

And no gadget can fix that, because they only work on the surface.

What you shouldn’t spend money on:

• Lifting rollers and massagers. They improve lymph flow for a couple of hours — but don’t address the cause of puffiness.
• Muscle stimulators and “face trainers.” They overwork the muscles and increase spasms — making the jawline look even heavier.
• Microcurrent masks and “lifting straps.” They simply compress the tissues, disrupting circulation and lymph flow.

All these “miracle devices” create an illusion of control, but they don’t change your physiology.
Once you understand how your muscles, fascia, and bones work together, you see results after the very first hands-on techniques.

✨ What actually works:

• Releasing the neck and trapezius from accumulated tension.
• Relaxing the chewing muscles — puffiness and facial “heaviness” begin to disappear.
• Activating the oral diaphragm and the aponeurosis of the skull — the face lifts naturally.
• Working gently and holistically — not just with the face, but with the whole body.

Mini-practice for today:

1️⃣ Place your palms on the sides of your neck and gently make circular, sliding movements.
2️⃣ Find the angle of your jaw and lightly press with your fingers, feeling the muscles “melt” under your hands.
3️⃣ Stretch upward through the crown of your head, imagining the face lengthening and opening upward.

The result: reduced puffiness, a more defined contour, and a fresher, more open look.

In short: the most effective beauty “gadget” is your own hands — plus a basic understanding of anatomy.
