Revel Saunas NZ

Just us, or does the whole day feel slightly off when you skip the things that make you feel good?

Cold air. Ice water. Zero excuses. 🥶❄️🧊

Embracing the discomfort and coming out stronger.

The best self-care might be just few steps away.
Not a wellness retreat.
Not a spa day.
Just your backyard at 7pm.

Every reason not to get in becomes the reason to get in.

That’s the point.

Being constantly connected... isn’t the same thing as being present.

The average person checks their phone around 58 times a day.

When was the last time you sat still for 20 minutes without reaching for it?

Now’s the perfect time to upgrade your home wellness space for less!

Our Winter Clearance Sale is on for a limited time, with incredible savings on selected saunas and ice baths ❄️

Our version of do not disturb.

20 minutes of heat, silence and pretending your problems can’t reach you through cedar walls.

There’s a lot of talk about performance... and a whole lot less talk about what supports it.

Looking after your mental health isn’t separate from living well - it’s part of it.

This Men’s Mental Health Week, make some time for both.

Most people think recovery is a solo thing.

In reality, it’s the little moments that make you stick to it.

The hesitation before you get in.
The “it’s not even that cold” lie.
Someone moving the water around and suddenly it’s way worse.

You complain, you laugh, you get through it.

The Revel Glacier Duo (with chiller) gives you both a reason to keep coming back.
