Join Sonder Sauna this weekend as we collaborate with Calibre Athlete to bring you Unite Training Club
an inclusive workout followed by a sauna reset. Introductory offer $30. Spots are limited, book now two sessions available: Saturday and Monday.

This guided sauna session with Nicole from Salt & Soul, in collaboration with Sonder Sauna, follows a yoga nidra inspired approach to help you slow down and reset.
Across the session, you’ll move between heat, stillness, and optional ocean or cold immersion, with three guided rounds exploring grounding, body awareness, and gentle visualisation.
Finish with our homemade tea blend and leave feeling calm, reset, and restored.

We’ve decided to open the sauna today from 3 PM till 8 PM. We’ll assess the situation as it comes, but jump online to book your spot! Conditions are windy down here but seem safe. The ice bath will be cold for those not wanting the ocean, and the sauna will be nice and warm and cozy. Perfect spot to watch the wild weather outside.
