ISSUES IN YOUR TISSUES
One thing I’ve learnt after years of working with the body is that stress doesn’t just affect how we feel,it affects how we hold ourselves.
I can often see it the moment someone walks in. Tight shoulders. A restricted diaphragm. A hard, tense abdomen. A body that’s been bracing for far too long.
Our fascia remembers.
It responds to stress, trauma, surgery, injury, inflammation, and even the everyday pressures of life. Over time it can become tight, stuck, and restrictive, affecting everything from movement and posture to lymphatic flow and how we feel in our own skin.
This is why fascial work is such an important part of my Sculpt Detox Method.
Using my medical grade silicone cups, I gently lift and release tight fascia, helping to create space within the tissues and encourage healthy lymphatic flow. It’s not about force it’s about restoring movement where the body has become restricted.
The changes I see are incredible.
Clients often tell me they feel lighter, breathe deeper, stand taller, sleep better, and experience a sense of calm they haven’t felt in a long time.
Sometimes it’s not just stagnant fluid we’re holding onto.
Sometimes we’re holding onto years of tension.
The body has an amazing ability to heal when we give it the opportunity.
The issues are often in the tissues.
As we move into winter, the body naturally slows down — circulation can become sluggish, water retention increases, inflammation rises, and stress sits heavier in the body.
Lymphatic massage helps support your system by encouraging flow, reducing stagnation, easing fluid retention, and helping the body feel lighter and more balanced from within
Winter is the perfect season to reset, restore, and support your body from the inside out x

Today I had my good old friend in for lymphatic drainage
She left NZ 15 years ago to pursue acting and safe to say she absolutely nailed that! From Lucifer to Spartacus, Gotham and The Walking Dead, it’s been so amazing watching everything she’s achieved over the years.
Today was all about slowing down though a much needed lymphatic drainage treatment and nervous system reset after all the travel and busy life stuff.
And the tummy drainage noises… 10/10 😂
Nothing makes me happier than hearing the body start to switch back on and do what it’s meant to do. Xx

We have been selected as finalists in 2 categories, Best Therapist and Best Spa
This is such an honour and honestly the biggest surprise. My daughter even ran to the dairy to buy VIVA because until I saw it in print, I couldn’t quite believe it.
We are forever grateful.
Thank you to for putting me forward, , and all of the judges — what a huge task!

I’ve been loving adding the Celluma Pro LED onto treatments lately
It’s one of those little extras that does so much more than people realise.
It helps support skin healing, collagen production, calming inflammation, reducing breakouts, helping circulation + lymph flow and one of my favourite benefits is how amazing it can feel for tired eyes.
I actually don’t wear the goggles myself (unless you’re light sensitive) because the red + near infrared light around the eye area can help support eye health, reduce strain from screens, and can even help improve eyesight over time.
I also love using it over the tummy for clients with endo, bloating, tight scar tissue or C-section scars. The warmth + light can be so calming and supportive for healing, inflammation and tissue repair.
It’s deeply relaxing, non-invasive, and such a beautiful way to give your treatment an extra boost
You can add Celluma Pro LED onto any treatment.
Can’t make it into the clinic? We’ve got you covered ✨
We now offer:
• C-section recovery kits
• Lymphatic/Fascia release kits
Perfect for supporting recovery, reducing swelling, improving circulation, and continuing your care from home 🤍
Swear by them, live by them 🫶🫶
If you haven’t tried lymphatic drainage massage… Lymphatic drainage massage is one of those treatments that people think is super soft and barely doing anything, but it can actually feel quite firm in places. It’s not a typical deep tissue massage, but it’s also not just light brushing either. The pressure is really intentional, working along specific pathways to help move fluid through your body.
Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like your blood does, so it relies on movement to keep everything flowing. When things slow down, you can end up feeling puffy, bloated, or just a bit sluggish. That’s where this comes in, it helps shift that built-up fluid so your body can process it properly. Thanks for sharing your experience with us ❤️

A Quick Guide to Lymphatic Drainage & Detox
The lymphatic system plays a key role in detoxification by clearing waste your body naturally produces each day from old cells to toxins and bacteria.
How it works:
* Lymph fluid collects waste from your tissues
* It passes through lymph nodes, where impurities are filtered out
* Clean fluid returns to the bloodstream
* Waste is processed by the liver and kidneys, then eliminated
Why It Matters
When lymph is flowing well, your body can function at its best. But when it becomes sluggish, you may notice fatigue, puffiness, or lowered immunity.
Healthy lymph flow helps to:
* Support your immune system
* Reduce inflammation
* Improve skin clarity
* Boost overall energy
A well-functioning lymphatic system keeps your body balanced, energised, and clear from within. If you are noticing symptoms book in today x

I’ve been using a little cork ball under my feet lately, especially after long days on them and it’s honestly made such a difference.
My feet used to feel tight and heavy, but now I just roll it under my foot (standing or sitting), go slow, and sit on the tender spots that good pain you know is doing something. You can feel it start to release.
What’s really cool is how it links into the rest of the body your feet are the start of that whole fascia line that runs up the back of you through your calves, hamstrings, into your glutes and lower back. So when your feet are tight, it can literally pull tension all the way up.
Once you soften the feet, you’re taking pressure off that whole chain and it helps everything move better, including your lymph flow.
I’ve noticed my feet feel lighter, my lower back’s not as tight, and it’s even helped my sciatica.
