We’ll go first: we’re proud that we’re still figuring it out. Cadence is only a little over a year old, and we’ve learned, changed, tried things, got things wrong, tried again, and built something that feels more like us all the time.

If you’ve been thinking about getting your own cycling shoes, we’re putting through another Cadence group order at the end of the month.

TIEMs are made specifically for indoor cycling and rhythm riding, with a sneaker-style sole that means you can actually walk around in them before and after class without doing the awkward cycling-shoe shuffle.

A $150 deposit secures your pair, with the remaining balance due when they arrive.

TIEM separates its sizing into “women’s” and “men’s” ranges, with additional sizing available in the Slipstream. We care significantly more about what fits your feet than what section TIEM puts them in. Logan wears the “women’s” ones. Pick the size, style and colour you like.

Our studio shoes aren’t going anywhere, so there’s absolutely no need to have your own pair to ride with us. This is just for anyone ready to have a pair that’s all theirs.

Because these are being ordered especially for you as part of our wholesale order, we aren’t able to exchange sizes once the order has been placed. Please double check your sizing before ordering!

Our Thursday morning MOBILITY45 is baby + toddler friendly, with mobility and strength that’s built with the demands of parenting in mind.

There’s no expectation that your little one sits quietly through class. Feed them, cuddle them, let them wander, take a break when you need to and jump back in when you can.

No baby? You’re still welcome! This class is open to everyone.

SEPTEMBER THEMES ARE HERE.

Swiftie Showdown takes over Tuesdays as we battle our way to the final two, plus we’ve got Britney, Bad Bunny, High School Musical, a candlelit CYC-ology and some very special Puspa Sundays.

On the 20th, we’re celebrating Puspa’s bride era before the big day. Then on the 27th, her big sister Dian takes over the podium for BIG SIS, BIG BEATS, with Puspa riding front row the morning after her bachelorette. Thoughts and prayers.

And on Tuesday the 29th, we’re doubling up: HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL with Ross at 5:30pm, followed by the SWIFTIE SHOWDOWN FINALE at 6:30pm.
