For all our lovely clients that have a booking for December, lots of info ahead but please read to avoid disappointment.

✨️ Please arrive on time
We are fully booked and we need to stay on time so the day works well for everyone and we don't have any wriggle room this time of year.

✨️ Parking and travel
Please allow extra time for December traffic madness! We have some marked client carparks, but we can't guarantee a spot will be available during silly season. There is a carpark building at the end of our street, there is 2hrs free parking at the mall and paid on-street parking surrounding us, please allow time for parking.

✨️ Please arrive alone
We are a full house and the waiting area will be full too so we unfortunately can't accommodate any extra people. We kindly ask you to come to your appointment by yourself and use the time to relax.

✨️ Rescheduling
Good luck...🙊 if you are wanting to reschedule we will always do our best to accommodate, but there isn't much wriggle room at all this time of year. Please check your appointment time and make sure it will work for you.
