Lately I’ve been thinking about boundaries as less of a wall, and more of a way of staying connected to myself.

For me, practising self-worth has meant noticing where I used to over-give, over-explain, make myself too available, or ignore the little no inside me because I didn’t want to disappoint someone.
I’m learning that boundaries don’t make us cold or unkind. They can be an act of care, clarity and self-respect.
