This is for the woman who has spent a long time holding everything together, caring for others, managing, giving, adapting - and is ready to make some room for herself too.

To be seen.
To be heard.
To receive.
To reflect on what self-worth actually looks like in your own life - in the choices you make, the way you use your time, the way you speak, the way you care for yourself and the way you stay connected to your own voice.

A space where your worth doesn’t have to be proven.

A space where it can simply be witnessed and reflected back to you.

Over four Saturday afternoons, I’ll be holding an intimate circle of women through ceremony, somatic practices, voice, nurturing rituals, meaningful connection and immersive sound journeys.

This year, I’ve been working with women who are building their sense of worth. I’ve also been walking that journey myself, learning what it means to stay with me, listen to what I need, and make choices that honour it.

Worth looks different for every woman. For one, it might be finding her voice. For another, it might be resting without guilt, setting a boundary, or allowing herself to receive.

I Am Worthy is the medicine I want to offer through a four-week women’s journey, held across four Saturday afternoons. We’ll gather in a small circle of up to 10 women for honest sharing, reflection, gentle somatic and ceremonial practices, voice, and sound.

There will be space to notice where you’ve been giving from an empty place and explore what choosing yourself could look and feel like in your life.

I’m looking for women who are ready to make that commitment to themselves, however their journey unfolds. 🤍
