What is the purpose of Ho Oponopono? Learning forgiveness
The Hawaiian word ho'oponopono roughly translates to
'make things right' or to 'make things move back to balance'.
The practice teaches the importance of love and forgiveness through a process that allows the participant to rid themselves of burdens or 'pohaku' in order to heal.

Thinking about Christmas gifts?
Aura-Soma has a new Pomander – The Rose Pink Pomander, Unconditional Love
How is it that we might accept ourselves on the deepest level, or how we learn to love ourselves - even the parts that we feel are less than lovable. How it happens is through Pink energy and particularly through Rose Pink where we are able to go beyond filters and see things the way they are.
The fragrance of the Rose Pink Pomander is truely exquisite.
The formulation is a combination of the old English Rose varieties that were grown at the Aura-Soma base in Tetford, and include Tuberose, Palmarosa, and a hint of Frankincense.
Considering these with the inclusion of the crystal combinations; Rose Quartz, Opal, Clear Quartz, Rubellite, Watermelon Tourmaline and more, this Pomander will be extremely supportive for anybody that is going through any difficulty or feeling under attack for whatever reason.

This DIY easy homemade sugar scrub recipe exfoliates and moisturizes all at once. Your skin will feel brand new and incredibly soft and luxurious. It is simple to make yourself with just two main ingredients that you likely have on hand already. It takes about ten minutes. This sugar scrub recipe makes a great gift when given in cute little reusable glass jars.
Recipe:
3 Cups White Sugar
1 Cup Coconut Oil
2-3 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
6 glass jars
Coconut oil is typically solid at room temperature, so add the coconut oil to a glass microwave safe bowl and heat for 10-15 seconds. Just enough that it liquifies but doesn’t heat up. Next, combine the sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a large glass bowl and mix well. Spoon the sugar scrub into glass mason jars, decorate with colourful twine or ribbon, and add a label with the list of ingredients and made-on date. (Lasts 2 Month, if not used before :-))
Give as gifts or enjoy on your own!

Spring is in the air, and so are random rainfalls and fluctuating temperature. Between September and November is the transition from the dry, chilly winter to a hot and humid summer. Here are some spring wellness and beauty tips to help your skin adapt to the changing seasons.
Exfoliate - As the warmer weather rolls around and we are already so eager to go out to sunbathe, make sure you shed the rough and flaky winter skin for a smooth and lasting tan. Exfoliate before we get the intense summer sun. Use a gentle exfoliator for your face that you can use on a regular basis. Avoid over exfoliating your face. Every 4 weeks is enough.
Go lighter with your moisturizer - As the humidity starts to rise, we can put away our shield against the harsh winter air and swap our thick moisturisers and serums for lighter options. If we continue to use thick creams daily it could kick start excessive oil production, which will clog pores and encourage breakouts. Look for lighter products that contain hydrating ingredients, like hyaluronic acid, which will add a natural dewiness to your complexion.
Apply SPF - While we are excited to finally spend more time outside in the sunshine, spring is a high risk time for sun damage because the temperature is warm but we may not feel how strong the sun is.
