Unless we are away for a holiday. unwell or having an emergency, we book delivery as soon as payment has been cleared on our bank account. All courier post have tracking. Delivery time usually takes 1 to 7 business days. For rural address, it may take longer. Sometimes, courier experiences heavy volume of parcels to deliver, as such, delays may happen. Refund Policy
No refund for change of mind. A full refund is provided if your product is faulty or damaged. We will only refund once the item has been returned to us and that the damage was not due to user fault. Customer will have to organise the return of the product to us at their own cost.
