We would like to let you know that from Saturday 7 February, The Barber Shop Waiheke (currently in Surfdale) will be relocating to a new address.

Our new location will be:28 Belgium Street, Ostend(upstairs, above the coffee shop Take a Bite and the store Eclectic Boutique)

Please note that nothing else is changing:
– Our booking system remains the same on Fresha
– The business name stays the same
– The barbers you know and trust remain the same

Access info:
You can enter from the front of the building, or from the rear entrance next to the café, which also offers wheelchair access.

We look forward to welcoming you to our new space and thank you for your continued support.

Kia Ora Community,
I am happy to announce that from January the barbershop family will expand.
From Friday the 3th of January, Logan Mitchell will be in the shop working with Max 3 days a week to guarantee more slots for haircuts and to make the walk-in service smoother.
You can book with him with the Fresha booking system as per usual.
Logan is a long time local, growing up on Waiheke island he knows the island vibes and many of you. I'm sure you will be happy to see him back on the island after his time in town mastering the barber skills.
Logan, in addition to being a beautiful person, is a talented barber who will be able to maintain the standards of service you are accustomed to.
Furthermore, the shop will soon open on Mondays too and I will update you on when this will happen, most likely from the second week of January.

Hello community,
The Barbershop waiheke thanks Lovely Sue for her service over the years and wishes her a happy retirement, we will miss you!!
There is a free chair and I would be happy to rent it for a hairdresser who would like to spend a couple of days in the shop, I would like to maintain the women's haircut service, ideally on Sunday and Monday, if any of you are interested you can send me a private message for info.
