Spring can be a beautiful time of year but for many it also brings allergies, eczema and increased skin irritation.

While topical treatments can help calm the skin, Sandy’s approach is to look deeper. Stress, the nervous system and what’s happening internally can all influence how the skin responds.

A good skincare consultation doesn’t always end with a completely new routine.

In fact, I often prefer not to change everything at once.

If the products you’re already using are working well for your skin, there’s no reason to replace them simply for the sake of starting fresh. Changing too many things at once can also make it much harder to understand what your skin is responding to, for better or worse.

Instead, I like to look at what’s already working, where there might be gaps, and make changes slowly and intentionally.

Sometimes better skin isn’t about adding more. It’s about understanding what your skin actually needs and building from there.

I didn’t get into the skincare industry just because I loved skin. I got into it because I love people.

For me, skincare has always been about so much more than how someone’s skin looks. It’s about helping people feel confident, cared for and like the healthiest version of themselves.

That’s what I’ve loved most about Bare Beauty. Getting to know you, being trusted with your skin, celebrating your progress and creating a space where you could take a little time for yourself.

And while this chapter of Bare Beauty is coming to an end, I know my time in the skincare industry isn’t.

I still care deeply about helping people feel their best, and I’m excited to see what that looks like in this next chapter.
