Today’s Flow - Kneeling position 90/90 exercise. This exercise is a level up from having both knees down on the floor. It gives you the best hip flexor and quad stretch whilst engaging the muscles in between your shoulder blades, your abs & singlular glute. As always including traction of your spine and active relaxation of the paraverterbral muscles 🤍

Today’s Flow - Single arm exercises. A variation of different arm positions. When we are doing single arm it gives up more variation in ranges we can access. As well as being able to engage different muscles groups. 🤍
