You may not have seen Bells around lately. Rest assured, she's still with us! She's just been taking a few extra long breaks lately.
She will continue to be front of house but has shortened her hours and is currently working part-time as a "casual." She is not ready to retire but is finding it a bit difficult to maintain her current meet and great criteria, so I'm happy supporting her decision. You'll be more likely to see her in the morning. She takes most afternoons off.

That's it folks. No more appointments left this year. The silly season has begun

I've never wanted to introduce a cancelation fee, but unfortunately, with the amount of late cancelations lately, I have no choice. Last week, I had 7 appointments cancel, this is incredibly frustrating. Although I have a cancelation list, I'm not always able to juggle and squeeze or move around appointments with little notice. I simply don't have the time. Cancelations not only leave me out of pocket but also others miss out on an opportunity to have their hair done to.
