What makes your treatment effective with me often starts before your appointment does.

Part of the work starts well before you arrive.

I’m thinking about the room, the setup, the pace of the treatment, and what your skin is likely to need on the day, not just what sounded right when the appointment was booked.

A treatment can be technically correct and still miss the point if it is not right for your skin on the day.
Sometimes that means support. Sometimes movement and circulation. Sometimes a treatment that is more calming and hydrating.

That is why I value preparation so much. Clean setup, products chosen with intention, and enough thought beforehand and after so that the treatment feels considered rather than rushed.

You experience the treatment itself, but a lot of what makes it effective starts before you walk through the door.

It is easy to focus on the appointment itself.

That is the part you come in for. The part you see and feel. But it is not the only part that matters.

Your skin is still repairing, rebuilding, and adjusting once you leave.

So if appointments get pushed out, homecare gets a bit patchy, or your skin is left to fend for itself in between, that does affect the result.

Because the result is also shaped by what happens next.

A lot of it is built in the time around the appointment.

Sometimes the missing piece is not another treatment. It is what happens around it and what your skin is being left with in between.
