I took the essentials in mini format, left the big bottles at home, swapped my full-size High Classic for the décolleté moisturiser, and added Oleogel S to the mix. My 2 customised serums, one for the morning and one for the evening and I threw in a Dermaviduals fleece mask- if you know, you know!

FaceUp is not something I picked up because it worked for someone I know. It is a method I trained in specifically to work with the structure of the face.
That structure is connected to the rest of you: to the fascia, the connective tissue running from your jaw down through your shoulders, which means the tension you are holding in your body often shows up first as heaviness or pulling in your face.

Today’s UV index in Blenheim was low, a 2. Sunsmart says protection matters from 3 up, and that is correct.
But that number is weighted to measure sunburn. It is geared to UVB, the wavelength that turns yoiur skin red.
UVA is the other one. Most of what reaches you is UVA, it travels deeper into your skin, and it degrades your collagen and elastin over the years.
So low burn risk today. But your loss of collagen and elastin...🫣
