🤍 A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT APPOINTMENTS 🤍

Lately, I’ve had an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, so I just wanted to send out a little reminder about my appointment policy.

I completely understand that life happens — things come up, kids get sick and sometimes plans change. ❤️ I really do understand!

However, as a small business, every appointment matters. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time has been set aside especially for you and unfortunately means I lose that income. It also means another client who may have been waiting for an appointment has missed the opportunity to book that time.

✨ My cancellation policy:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of your booked appointment will apply.

I do send:
📱 A text reminder 24 hours before your appointment
📧 An email confirmation when your appointment is booked

So please, if you can’t make your appointment, I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible. This gives me the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.
