Hey everyone!

As most of you know, I am expecting another baby girl to add to our family and we are so excited for her to join us.

During this pregnancy I have started experiencing sciatica again but this time quite a lot earlier so for the purpose of putting my body and baby first, it comes with a great sadness that Saturday 26th April will be my last day at 1855 to start an early maternity leave.

I would like to thank all of my valued, amazing, kind clients who have made my experience at 1855 a great one. I am so honored to have connected with you all in the way that I have and really value the time and openess shared during your appointments with me. Thank you for being on a journey of growth with me while I've navigated life but also allowing me to be on your life journeys too.

I can't believe how amazing being your nummy is. You make me laugh, you keep me on my toes, your inquisitive nature inspires me, your love warms me, your kind and caring nature makes me so proud and watching you grow and achieve the things you have in your short time Earth side exceeds any expectation I may have had.
Isla Rose Thompson, you absolutely complete me in every way possible. Everything I do, I do for you. I do my best everyday to be the mum you deserve and provide the life you deserve and I will continue to be that for you for the rest of my days.

I have met some incredible people since my big move over here and I'm so blessed and greatful to have so many of my regulars follow me out this way too.

I've said it before and I will say it again, without you all I wouldn't be where I am today. Especially taking a risk and coming over myself being a solo hairdresser. Your patience, understanding, time, effort, trust and compassion for what I do goes beyond any expectation I may have had.

As the day comes to an end and I reflect on the year, I am so humbled and greatful to everyone who has followed me, supported me, guided me, taught me and embraced me with love!

I have met some absolutely incredible people along the way. My clients, my team and my family and friends have helped make this year such a success.

Thank you to every single one of you for making this dream of coming out of my comfort zone and succeeding in what I do a reality. I'm so greatful to all of you for giving me a chance.

I need to make a special mention to my team at for welcoming me in, taking me on, showing me such love and kindness, teaching me the banter and giving me the opportunity to prove myself and share my skills with you all. Every single one of you is an inspiration to me and I feel so lucky to be a part of such a great team. Thank you all.
