Hi, I'm Lynlee - thanks for visiting LymphMoves!

LymphMoves aims to educate clients on how to best manage and live with lymphoedema using personalised physician approved therapies.

I have extensive experience as a surgical nurse caring for patients undergoing breast and abdominal surgery involving lymph node sampling and clearance.

My interest in lymphoedema began when a nursing colleague developed the condition after mastectomy and lymph node clearance. The Vodder method was the only drainage technique which she found to have significant effect.

I have a genuine interest in educating clients in evidence based techniques which enable them to minimise the impact of lymphoedema and maintain productive lives on the move.
