We would appreciate the following notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or change your hair appointment with us. Please call the salon on
03-332-0838 if you need to make any changes – we cannot accept email, Facebook, or Instagram messages as a cancellation.

Please provide at least:
• 24-hours notice for appointments less than 2 hours duration
• 48-hours notice for appointments over 2 hours duration

Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their appointment are considered a “no-show”.

First no-show: If you are late to cancel, reschedule or no-show an appointment you will receive a call from us regarding your appointment and we will reschedule for a time convenient for you. At this time, we will remind you that a second late cancelation, reschedule or no-show appointment will incur a charge.

Second no-show: If you are late to cancel, reschedule or no-show an appointment for a second time, you will be charged a $50 late cancelation fee to be paid before you can book again.

Late arrivals: Please call us if you think you are going to be late for your appointment. Where possible, we will try to adjust our schedule. However, we may need to ask you to reschedule your visit to another day if it interferes with another client’s appointment time.

Please note, warnings and fees will be enforced at managements discretion.

We value your time and our stylists time equally. By allowing 24-48 hours’ notice for changes, it ensures we can plan our day and avoid last minute disruptions.
It also means we can maintain the high level of experience and care you’ve come to expect.
