Face.it
You will find here combination of deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, lifting and acupressure.
Touch is one of the simplest ways to feel better, and sometimes it’s the hands that do the real work long before any product does.
Our facial massage techniques are performed with intention and attention, using slow, flowing movements to ease tension held in the face, jaw, and temples. As the muscles relax, the body begins to unwind and the mind becomes quieter.
This gentle approach helps encourage circulation, supports a healthy glow, and leaves the skin looking refreshed while creating a deep sense of calm.

Have you had breast massage before?
It’s a non-invasive, manual breast and décolleté massage designed to naturally lift the breasts, improve firmness, and enhance skin elasticity. This gentle therapy helps release tension in the chest area, supports better posture and breathing, stimulates lymphatic flow, reduces swelling, and promotes tissue regeneration.
Breast massage therapy is also a beautiful support before surgical procedures, and can aid recovery after healing by working gently with scar tissue. It’s especially beneficial for women after breastfeeding, helping restore softness, comfort, and connection with the body.
After the treatment, breasts feel softer, lighter, and more toned - while you feel deeply relaxed.

I give a lot of my energy to others through my work, and I love it so much! but this long weekend away made me realise how much I needed to breathe, and just be.
what keeps me inspired:
good reads, fresh flowers, travel, time with friends so I can show up feeling full, grounded, and ready to give my best again

One of the most common questions in my studio is - When do I see the results or How long do they lasts?
And the truth is… it depends.
It depends on where you’re starting from. On how you live, not just how you look.
Your sleep.
Your nourishment.
Your hydration.
Your stress levels.
Your emotional story.
Because your face remembers.
It holds tension, habits, patterns - it reflects everything you move through. That’s why the results are never just about the treatment. They’re about the relationship you build with yourself outside the studio.
My hands guide the process, but your daily choices shape the outcome.
And what I can promise you is this - with consistency, awareness, and care your face begins to soften, open, and return to balance ✨

Ah — you most likely did fall asleep.
But it’s not only about being tired.
During the session, your body begins to settle into a much deeper state of relaxation. Breathing slows down, muscles release tension, and your system shifts out of ‘doing’ mode into a place of rest and repair.
For a lot of people, reaching that level of ease doesn’t happen often in everyday life. So when your body finally feels safe enough, it lets go — and sleep can naturally follow.
That response is actually part of the process. It’s your nervous system softening, recalibrating, and allowing the body to restore. And that’s the whole point 🌹

Plans changed, so I’ve opened up my Monday ✨
If you feel like slowing down, come in for a massage - it’s going to feel extra cosy with the rain outside x
More blood flow = better lymphatic flow 🌀
Your lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump like the heart, so it relies on movement, breath, and circulation. When we increase blood flow, we naturally support lymph to move more efficiently—helping reduce fluid retention, puffiness, and congestion.
That’s exactly where lymphatic drainage massage comes in.
Through gentle, rhythmic movements, it encourages the flow of lymph, helping your body clear excess fluid and toxins while bringing fresh circulation into the tissues. The result? A lighter, and refreshed feeling.
It’s not about forcing fluid out. It’s about creating the right conditions for your body to do what it’s designed to do—flow.

Today’s reminder: self-care isn’t always about doing more.
Sometimes it’s about slowing down and giving your nervous system a break.
Simple things matter most: quiet, touch, and time with no expectations.
Rest doesn’t have to be loud to work.
