RetroHire

RetroHire is a privately owned collection of genuine Retro Clothing from the 60's and 70's along with custom made garments using fabric and patterns from the same era. You can hire a whole outfit or parts of it for one low price (cheapest in Christchurch). I have a range of tops, dresses, pants, suits, evening dresses, lots of mini's, boots, shoes, heels, wigs, jewellery, sunglasses, gloves, all from the fabulous 60's and 70's. There are also kids costumes from years of doing school productions, plus lots of items not classed as retro (but just too good to dispose of!)
If I don't have what you want, I can easily advise you on where to get items, how to put a costume together on a tight budget, lots of the time its just knowing where to source things. You don't have to pay an arm and a leg for a fancy dress party or event. Given enough time I can make what you want, have dressed friends from everything from Toga parties, to MASH anniversaries, Halloween, Seven's, Ethnic, Christmas you name it. The room is small, so probably best to leave the little kids at home!
