At Creative Salon, maintaining a safe and healthy environment is important.

As you know, the government is implementing a new Covid Protection Framework system, starting Friday 3 December 2021. With the launch of the traffic light system at red or orange, we require our team and clients to be fully vaccinated in order to remain open.
All clients will need to show their current Vaccine Pass.

If you have an appointment booked with us at any stage from Friday 3 December onwards, and WON’T be able to present a vaccine certificate to show that you are fully vaccinated, we kindly ask that you let us know ASAP.

This is a system that we have no real choice but to follow. Please continue to show kindness whilst we navigate our way with the new Covid Protection Framework.�
We could face up to $15,000 fines if we do not abide by the government mandates.

Great News‼️ As of Thursday 14th May, We will be re opening for all services.
We will try our best to contact everyone who had appointments during the lockdown and those who are on waiting list.

We won’t be taking any new customers and walk-ins appointments for two weeks at this stage.

We will be following advice from the government health & safety guidelines,

- Correct hygiene practices
- Contactless payment

Hi everyone, due to the new announcement from NZ Prime Minister, we will have to closed for 4 weeks until further notice. All bookings will be cancelled for now and you will be contacted for reschedule when we know more. Stay safe.

“Coronavirus Update”

Dear valued customers due to the evolving COVID-19 outbreak and increase on travel restrictions by the NZ government, we wish to advise all our customers that we are doing our best to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

When visiting creative salon
• Please ensure that if you have travelled from overseas recently you self isolate for the recommended 14 days before considering booking an appointment with us.
• If you have any symptoms or are feeling unwell please do not make an appointment. If you have an appointment and do not think you should take it then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you with a new appointment at a different date.
• If you arrive at the salon unwell, please do not be offended if we ask you to reschedule your appointment
• When you arrive at your appointment please use the hand sanitizer provided (currently out of stock)

What are we doing?
We provide an clean and hygienic environment and will continue to uphold our high standards when caring for our customers.
• Staff will wear gloves and change between clients
• Staff will clean service area and chairs between each clients with disinfectant
