Blown Away Hair Design – Late Arrival Policy
At Blown Away Hair Design, punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth running of our schedule and to provide every client with the highest standard of service.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled. No exceptions will be made, as this disrupts scheduled services for other clients.
We strongly recommend allowing extra time to arrive promptly. If you are running late, you may contact us; however, this does not guarantee that your appointment can be accommodated.
We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our time and other clients.
