I'm hoping the power of community might help a lovely friend of mine.

She's looking for a home to rent for herself and her two children, ideally within the DNI school zone. I know that so many of the best rentals never make it online—they're often passed on through word of mouth.

She is genuinely one of those tenants every landlord hopes for: house proud, respectful, reliable, and someone who will truly care for a home as if it were her own. She's not just looking for another rental; she's hoping to find a place where her little family can settle and feel at home.

If you know of anything coming up, or know someone who might, I'd be so grateful if you could get in touch or share this post.

Thank you so much. ❤️

Scar tissue – when healing leaves a lasting imprint — KIND LIVING 23/07/2026

Scars are more than marks on the surface. Even old, faded scars may continue to influence the way our bodies move and adapt. Exploring scar tissue can offer new insights into long-standing tension, restriction and our connection with the body.

Self-love a feminist issue — KIND LIVING Anjum Rahman reminds us that a woman’s place has traditionally been defined through her relationships to others—not only in Asia or the Middle East, but also in the West. We’ve been brought up to believe that, as women, we are meant to act selflessly, be considerate of other people’s needs, ...
