thebiomechanic philosophy As we go about our day to day activities, we move and assume different
postures.
In order to be at our best we need to be able to use our
bodies to the way they are designed to move. Many factors, such as
injury, improper technique, poor habits or inactivity can lead to
altered movement patterns, which in turn can lead to pain and further
injury to body tissue. Appropriate biomechanical feedback on safe
movement patterns and techniques, can be used to treat and preve
Kia Ora whānau. Just a note to you, don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any physical issues you want to talk through via FaceTime or phone, my koha at this time. Importantly don’t forget to keep at least a bit active over the next few weeks, walking, jogging, or dancing to music turned up loud to drown out the kids fighting. I hope this finds you all well.
