🚨 Cancellation Policy Update 🚨

Over 2025 we’ve seen a big increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. After reviewing the impact this has on our team and availability for other clients, we’ve updated our cancellation policy to better protect the business.

Our updated policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment
(previously 6 hours — 3 hours better reflects our ability to refill gaps)

• All cancellations must be self-managed via the Fresha booking system
We’re unable to monitor messages or emails outside business hours or while barbers are with clients

• Cancellations made with less than 3 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the appointment value, as these gaps are rarely filled

• This policy is strict and consistent for everyone. Unfortunately, the reason for a late cancellation or no-show does not waive the fee

• Card details are required for all bookings and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show

• Walk-in appointments require prepayment, as we frequently experience customers not returning at the agreed time

• Arriving more than 5 minutes late will be treated as a no-show, as it affects service quality and other clients’ appointments. We recommend arriving 10-15 minute before your appointment start time

We’ve previously taken a relaxed approach, but after running the numbers, the cost of no-shows and late cancellations is significant. This policy helps protect our team, our time, and our ability to deliver great service to everyone.
