🏉 Back at work — and what a week!

I’m back working half-time with 3 clients a day. With the NPC Otago Rugby quarter-finals this weekend, my existing bookings have been confirmed first, with priority given to Otago Rugby players.

So, I’m fully booked this week, but I have appointments available next week. ❤️

The rest of the year is already starting to fill up, so if you have a favourite time or day, grab your spot early! I’ll also be opening the occasional Saturday morning.

I’ve had a brilliant season working with Fabian, Jake, Patrick, Finn and Slade. I feel incredibly lucky to once again work with such a talented group of top-level players who have all been making their mark on the rugby season. 🏉💪

Sooooo little did I know I somehow got a little pneumonia in my right lung 🫁, it’s been a few weeks with an annoying little cough with no other symptoms and then boom Thursday last week it all went to s**t and my body said nope 🙂‍↔️ girl somethings wrong. X-ray & bloods on Friday confirmed. So sorry for all the cancellations this week. I kept hoping it was a little infection that would pass quickly but frustratingly it’s taking longer than I would like.
But thank you for supporting me with all the Fussy orders. Almost sold out.

Yes I’ve tried so many deodorants like wild didn’t last the day in my job I was defo smelly by lunchtime. Fussy however does last the day. Doesn’t make your clothes hard under the arms nor stain them. Less under arm sore lumps -Well I’ve had none since changing over.
And did I mention how good they smell! Only problem is you might start sniffing your pits more because they actually smell good 🤣🤜🏼🤛🏽

Thirteen years after competing at her first Nationals, Emma McCaughan is still finding new reasons to love aerobics.

The 23-year-old Astra Gymnastics athlete has grown up in the sport, as a competitor, teammate, coach and judge, with the people and community around her playing a big part in why she continues to come back.

Now, after a challenging road to qualification, Emma is heading to another XP Gymnastics Nationals with one simple goal.
