Please have a read & familiarize yourself with L2 protocols before coming to your appointment,

• If you are unwell, please call us to reschedule your appointment. This is for the safety of our community. Please keep in mind that even though you may have what you know is an innocent cold, if one of our team becomes unwell, they will need to be away from work & tested for Covid-19.
• Please use the Hand Sanitiser provided in our Reception area, it is also available in the Hair Salon & each treatment room.
• PPE. The team will be wearing both gloves, and masks while during treatments.
• Our waiting room will be unavailable at level 2, when you arrive please wait outside. Our Receptionist or your Hair stylist/Beauty Therapist will signal to you when you may come in.
• Please bring your own entertainment as Magazines cannot be provided.
• Please bring your own water bottle or takeaway tea/coffees.
• Please come to your Hair appointment with freshly washed dry hair.
• Bringing children/friends to your appointment will not be allowed. This is so that we can responsibly limit the number of people in our clinic at any one time.
• While our booking software allows us to trace most of our customers, we will have a register for any casual walk ins, couriers etc to fill out to allow for accurate contact tracing should the need arise.
• Treatment rooms will be completely sanitised after each client. (This includes EFTPOS machine, front desk, door handles etc) for safety.
• To allow for complete sanitation after each client, we will have allowed extra time between bookings. This will reduce our capacity for bookings, and while this is regrettable, please understand that we are taking our responsibility to the community very seriously in level 2.
• Products will need to be collected from the shelves by a team member. Please do not touch/remove products from the shelves in our reception area.

What this means for you:

⭐️ Please wait at the door & only come in when you are asked.

⭐️Please sanitise your hands on arrival.

⭐️Our team will be wearing masks & gloves at all times.

⭐️ Please come alone to your appointment to minimise the people in our building at one time.

⭐️We cannot offer your refreshments or magazines so please bring your own refreshments & entertainment with you.

⭐️Most importantly please stay home if you are unwell!!
