✨ Important Booking & Cancellation Policy Updates ✨

We've made a few updates to our online booking system to make managing your appointments even easier while helping us protect appointment availability for all clients.

💳 NEW: Pay Now or Pay Later
When booking online, you'll now have the option to:
✔️ Prepay for your appointment, or
✔️ Pay in salon on the day of your appointment.

The choice is yours!

🔒 NEW: Secure Card Capture
You'll now be asked to enter your card details when making an online booking.

Your card will only be used for:
• Prepaying your appointment (if you choose to do so)
• Contactless payment in salon, if you wish to use your saved card
• Enforcing our Cancellation Policy where applicable

Your card will never be charged for any other reason without your authorisation.

📅 Updated Cancellation Policy
To help us better manage appointment availability and reduce last-minute cancellations, we've also updated our Cancellation Policy.

• Changes or cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment – No charge
• Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours – 50% of the booked service will be charged
• No-shows – 100% of the booked service will be charged

We know plans can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

What we're looking for:
• Confident in all things brows – shaping, tinting, waxing and styling.
• Brow mapping experience is a huge advantage.
• Able to confidently perform brow correction work.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Great at rebooking clients and recommending products when appropriate.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
