Dear valued clients,
As we enter into the new COVID-19 traffic light system, we will require all clients entering the salon to be vaccinated as of the 3 December 2021.

We understand this will have some impact on some clients and we are sorry for this.
We ask you kindly to bare with us as we navigate the new laws that have been put in place for us.

Just some info of how the salon functions being in level two delta.
We also ask that going forward if you have been in Auckland and have an appointment with us please contact us to go over details.

🎙Here are some important things we need you to read over and partake in to help us work within the strict level 2 delta guidelines we are now following. Your health and safety and ours is very important to us. Please read carefully...

✨Please know we are practising extra vigilant cleaning and sanitising on top of our already outstanding cleaning routine and we are following the ministry of health’s guidelines

✨masks, please wear a mask, you must wear a mask unless you have an exemption which we will need you to present that so pop it in your pocket 😉

✨ please scan in or check in on arrival, there is plenty of scan in signs in the salon and we will have them on the styling bays too, you must sign in.

✨Please come to your appointment alone: we can not have more than who we have booked in.

✨Please don’t arrive early:
This also helps us minimise numbers in salon and so if you arrive early we ask that you please wait in your car until your appointment time to avoid congestion in the salon.

✨Please use the sanitiser provided on arrival

✨Drinks and magazines sadly are not being provided: Please feel free to bring your own or support a local cafe in the process. We will also have free WiFi for your entertainment or work if you require it or Bring a good book!

✨Rest assured we are using 1 cape per client to keep everybody safe

✨If you are unwell at all, have travelled or have been in contact with somebody who has, please inform us of this prior to your appointment

✨If we feel you are unwell it will be requested to reschedule your appointment

✨Please do not arrive at the salon without an appointment:
We ask for the time being that there is no walk in foot traffic to purchase product or book an appointment. Please get in touch with us and we can organise that for you.

✨Lastly, and most importantly please enjoy some relaxation and pampering with us as always 💖
