on and retention issues. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment as new clients are required to complete a consent form. If you wish to use the mobile services please ensure there is a tidy space for me to work in with plenty of lighting. CLIENT BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS. Due to high demand and a lot of last minute cancellations, from Wednesday 18th of January, a Non refundable deposit of $20 via internet banking will need to be paid to secure your spot, this will be added to the total cost of your complete lashes. This does not effect the bookings that have already been made. I understand that unforeseen circumstances often occur and you may not be able to attend your appointment. If this is the case, then please make contact through messenger at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment to reschedule, so I can try to refill your spot. If you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment this will result in a non refundable deposit and you will need to rebook with another deposit if still wanting another appointment. As I am operating a mobile service, there will be a booking fee to be included with your deposit to cover travel costs which will start from $10.

A $20 non refundable deposit is needed to secure your booking, rest can be paid on appointment day. All payments will be made by online transaction only there will be no cash held on premises. INFILLS AND REMOVALS. I will not touch another eyelash technician's work unless you are requiring a complete removal. You can pre book your infills within 3 weeks maximum from your last appointment. WORK HOURS. Monday 10am - 6.30pm. Tuesday 10am - 6.30pm. Wednesday 10am - 6.30pm. Thursday 10am - 6.30pm. Friday 10am - 6.30pm. Saturday - Special appointments only
