We just had a lovely lunch at Te Puna deli to make grand plans for this coming year with our Your Hair Your Skin project. We have been getting lots of requests for these events so watch this space for dates ✨️

Chrissy Heathorn created Your Hair Coach© two years ago.
Selling her business in 2016 after 20+years was the end of an era in many ways, however doing this allowed Chrissy to step back and see the bigger picture in the industry.

After feedback from a client, it slowly became clear what was missing from the salon - clients weren’t being served well when it came to the consultation, time for them to feel heard and understood, by the hairdresser. ✅

For the client to then feel confident knowing the hairdresser knew exactly what they wanted, not only that, the hairdresser would share information with the client, enough to ensure the client would manage her hair at home more successfully.✅

Couple this with a scientific approach to prescribing product, being a professional mentor for other hairdressers with Organic Colour Systems, and along with her extensive experience, Chrissy designed a service - often called a client pampering session akin to a massage or facial when we want to enjoy some ‘me’ time. ❤️

The specialist Signature services help women to feel empowered, and confident.

Taking stock of the chemicals in your life, particularly personal care products - changing to organic, less toxicity for our bodies becomes an obvious choice.
