🤍 Watching mums invest in themselves. Whether it's body sculpting, teeth whitening, a tan or simply taking an hour out for themselves, it's a reminder that self-care isn't selfish.

🤍 Sauna sessions. I've been protecting my hair with Davines Energizing Superactive (recommended by the talented Dena from Salted Blonde) and my OStudio Sauna Hood. Goal was for thicker, stronger hair this year so this is helping

🤍 Swapping my midday coffee for miso soup. Not only is it comforting and delicious, its hydrating, and packed with benefits like probiotics (if unpasteurised), minerals, amino acids, and electrolytes. I also find it helps satisfy that afternoon snack craving without the coffee crash.
