Rowena qualified as a Contact Care Practitioner in March 2017. Sessions take somewhere between 30 min - 1hr 30min depending on the injury - your body dictates what it needs. You are likely to require one - two sessions on an injury, but the second session can be cancelled if it isn't needed. Most people come back as further layers of the onion (often different aches and pains) become a priority.
