This amazing and very busy mum of 3 came to see me once a week for 4 weeks.

Puffiness, dull skin, breakouts, headaches, recurrent infections or generally lacking energy are all signs your lymphatic system could be backed up.

Your lymphatic system lays just under the surface of the skin and is one of the most important systems in the body. It's the key player in your immune system and for removal of waste. If it's not working well, your whole body feels it.

The lymphatic system needs outside forces to get it moving. Massage, exercise, drinking water and deep breathing are great ways to stimulate lymphatic flow.

During your session I will remind you to breathe 🌬️

In Face Up we start by gently activating the lymphatic system before moving any stagnant waste towards lymph nodes to rid your body of toxins.

Which yes, leaves you glowing and refreshed but also reactivates tired muscles, releases tension, boosts circulation and allows your lymphatic system to do its job!

I'm 37 years young, I'm a mama and I'm a Face Up trained Face sculptor.

I'm beyond grateful to every single woman that has stepped into my studio. The response from you all has been incredible, this has become my love and my passion and I adore sharing it with you.
