Love when customers request something new 💜

If there’s one thing I’ve never fully understood, it’s purple shampoo.

It either strips your hair beyond the bleach itself… or, in my case, leaves you with an irritated scalp, $69 out of pocket, and hair that still looks brassy.

Purple conditioner?
Beautiful in theory — but conditioner can also interfere with how well pigments actually deposit onto the hair.

So what’s the answer?

Well… we’re working on something.

Introducing Balanced Barrier Lotion

You’ll notice it doesn’t contain every botanical you’d find at the Sunday farmers market.

No oat. No almond. No fragrance. No essential oils.

Not because those ingredients are bad — they can be incredibly useful in the right formula.

But when skin becomes reactive, dry or unpredictable, sometimes fewer unnecessary variables matter.

I didn’t want one ingredient to be the reason someone couldn’t use an otherwise simple barrier moisturiser.

So I stripped this one back and focused on what I actually wanted it to do:
Support hydration.
Support the skin barrier.
Feel comfortable on skin that doesn’t always behave the same way it did last week.

No heavy, sticky balms.
No promising more than the formula is capable of delivering.
