1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup of Chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk
1 1/2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk coconut
1 tbs of taconite syrup
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

📖Recipe
Mix Liquids
🥣 In a large bowl, whisk together the almond milk, coconut milk, yacon syrup, vanilla extracts, cinnamon & salt until combined

Add Chia seeds
🥄 stir in the chia seeds. Mix thoroughly to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.

Soak
🛀🏻Allow the mixture to soak for at least 20 minutes until thickened, or cover the bowl & refrigerate overnight for best results.

Serve
🫐Spoon the thickened pudding into dishes & add your choice of toppings, such as fresh fruit, nuts or chia jam.

Store
Keep leftovers pudding in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
