Hey, I’m Jess 👋
Just wanted to say hi to any new followers and share a little about me and my fat cavitation journey.
I started Fat Cav around 7 years ago — but really, my journey began about 10 years ago as a client myself. After going through a separation, Lift & Shape was created from pure vengeance 😂 I was determined that my 110kg ass was going to get skinny, build a business, get rich… you know the story.
Well… life had other plans.😞😂
I’m not that 110kg version of myself anymore, but I’m also not where I want to be yet. And I’m definitely not rich 😅 These days I work full-time for another business, and for a while I put my own dreams on hold.
But with 40 coming up fast, I’ve got a renewed perspective. I’m giving both my body and my business another go — this time with a little more experience, a little more patience, and a lot more honesty.
So whether you’re here for the fitness journey, the business comeback, or just the real-life chaos in between… welcome 🖤
