I finally took some time for myself and experienced the Crystal Light Bed Therapy in the little Zen Den at Coastal Calm Kinesiology. 💓
I’ve been wanting to try it for ages, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. I walked out feeling deeply calm, relaxed, centred, and completely recharged. It was the perfect opportunity to slow down, switch off, and simply be.
