Must be available for weekend work have on the floor cutting experience in an actual barbershop be able to work unsupervised with both clippers and scissors competently. I don’t often reply to negative public comments on random FB groups, however I was informed of this one several times over the weekend.

So you were charged differently for the same service 2 weeks apart? This upset you and rather than reaching out to management like a grown up, you created an anonymous post, masquerading as a request for reviews, with the intention of obtaining more pitch fork wielders on your crusade to berate, as “won’t be back what the hell”, clearly outed your position whilst hiding from any repercussions.

Well Joshua, none of the prices in our system are $28, Not a Single Thing, nor can staff adapt the price to suit. I’ve reviewed camera footage, and the computer data and can’t identify how this could happen.

My Staff are all paid a good wage, they deserve it. The feeling amongst most NZers is they want to be paid more. I also believe there are those who place value on a good haircut, and those who don’t. Sometimes we get it wrong, but mostly we get it right. To not have the option of fixing an error raised anonymously and indirectly, isn’t cool.

How often do you walk into a takeaway and drop close to $30 for your lunch and not think twice about it? That is one meal assembled within 3mins, from a person who’s received 2 hrs training.

We charge a fair price. You’ll wear the haircut/beard trim for weeks, not a lunchtimes worth. My staff have spent Years learning their trade. We are open 7 days a week for your convenience. You don’t expect the 24/7 Night n Day store to charge the same price as the supermarket (toddler haircut on Sunday). It was my decision to open the Mall shop, we’re open in a convenient place for you 7 days a week. With that in mind it needs to be noted that my rent would be at least double of that of other barbers in town.

We open today at Express and our Central mall shop from 1pm.
All other shops are closed today and will reopen tomorrow/Saturday 26th April as normal from 9am.
