1. Bolognese 🍝 + some dried spaghetti for if they want to eat it now OR straight into the freezer for next week/month.
2. Chinese Chicken & Corn Soup 🍜 another easy meal for the fam and can be frozen
3. Banana loaf 🍞 quick on the go snack or lunchbox filler for the big kids
4. Chocolate chip bickies 🍪 need I say more?
5. Chocolate protein balls 🍫 for Mum only! Delish, filling, one handed snack to eat while feeding or on the go.
6. Coconut water 🥥 natural electrolyte especially important when BF! 💦
7. Treaties 🍬 of course.
8. Paua dumplings 🥟 because… George wanted to 😆🤷🏼♀️

There are a number of reasons for short naps, but sometimes it’s an easy fix like that your babies wake window is slightly too short before a nap! 😴
