It doesn't happen often but when it does it's very annoying as someone else could have had this appointment time. Please remember this is my small business and it affects me, a quick txt to say you can't come to your appointment is appreciated.

Just a reminder as we head into winter, if your unwell even if you think it's just a sniffle please be aware that I'm immuno-compromise and can easily pick up bugs. Thankyou for understanding.
